Materials

Overall construction: neoprene, PU, and Lycra. Technical belt outer: nylon-Lycra / stretch fabric. Inner: skin-friendly mesh / brushed fabric. Structural layer: TPU heat-pressed zones. Heating system: two integrated panels, 120 × 45 mm each.

Care

Wipe clean only. Do not machine wash or immerse in water. Lumbar One is not waterproof. Allow the belt to dry completely before use.

When will it ship?

Lumbar One is in production now. Pre-orders ship in late September 2026, with free U.S. standard shipping.

What does the warranty cover?

The 2-year limited warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or manufacturing under normal use. For ESCOSY.com orders, coverage begins on the documented delivery date; for authorized-retailer purchases, it begins on the purchase date. For an approved claim, ESCOSY may repair or replace the product; if neither is reasonably possible, we will refund the original purchase price. Misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear, improper cleaning, and water exposure are not covered.

What are the shipping and return policies?

U.S. standard shipping is free with no minimum. Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery with no restocking fee. Customers cover return postage for preference returns; ESCOSY covers defective or incorrectly shipped items. Contact sales@escosy.com before returning an item.Free standard shipping is available to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Lumbar One pre-orders are expected to begin shipping in late September 2026, and any unfulfilled pre-order may be cancelled for a full refund before fulfillment. After delivery, eligible returns are accepted within 90 days with no restocking fee. Items may be opened and reasonably tried on, but must be clean, undamaged, and complete. Customers cover preference-return postage; ESCOSY covers reasonable standard return shipping for defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect items. Contact sales@escosy.com before returning an item.

What size does Lumbar One fit?

The main belt measures 104 cm, and the included extender adds 50 cm for a 154 cm combined length before fastening overlap. Measure around the position where you plan to wear it and allow enough overlap for a secure fit. Practical fit varies with body shape, clothing, and how much overlap you prefer.
